Happy birthday to everyone else

November 11th, 2009

November is a popular time for birhtdays. First there was me, of course. Then Aiden and Uncle Greg a day later. And then Jeff on the 11th. Happy birthday to all!

My 2-year-old stats

November 9th, 2009

2 year doctor visitNow that I’m 2, I don’t mind being put on a scale or getting my head measured or taking off all my clothes. This time, daddy brought my pink robe for the visit so I wouldn’t be so cold. Want to know how big I am? Drum roll please:

Height = 35 3/4-inches, 90-95th percentile
Weight = 26 pounds, 6 ounces, 50th percentile
Head circumference = 50 cm, 95th percentile

Yup, I’ve grown a whole lot. Remember when I was just 1 year old? What a baby I was!

Happy Birthday to me! I’m 2!!

November 6th, 2009

My birthday was on a Friday this year. My parents got lazy and didn’t have a big party for me, just family and close friends. Still, I got some cool gifts and got to eat turkey legs so I’m happy. (And from the slim number of pictures, you can see they were even too busy to take pictures and video!! Sheesh!)

Halloween 2009

November 1st, 2009

Halloween 2009 was fun! I finally got what trick or treating was about. I went to Old Towne Orange where my friend Hannah lives and went Trick-or-treating with her. I also handed out candy at her house afterwards with several friends, including Science Dude. My Meema made this neato Bumble Bee costume for me. I decided Friday before Halloween that I wanted a Pink Bumble Bee costume, but since no such thing was invented yet. Mommy convinced me to wear this one. The costume was a success. I took home beaucoups candy, but Mommy & Daddy secretly gave most of it to Hannah or ate it themselves.

My favorite: turkey legs! (yup, at Disneyland again)

November 1st, 2009

Turkey legs!As you may or may not know, we became annual members of Disneyland, which is great because that means I can go anytime I want to. Of course, I have to wait for a ride. I’m free anyway. One more year of freeness.

Daddy got a turkey leg for us and this time, I really chowed down. Yummy!

And even though we went on Nov. 1, they still had all the Halloween stuff up. Purty, eh?
