Lawrence Welk Resort
I spent several days at the Lawrence Welk Resort. Ah Ma and Kong Kong have a time share there. They have had it for many, many years. Mommy used to go there as a little girl.
It was a short trip, uneventful by my standards. But those crazy adults seem to think relaxing in a new place is worth getting out of bed for. A few old family friends stopped by to see us. Even Uncle Jon and Auntie Karen stopped by. We made them sleep on the couch.
There were many snowbirds from the East Coast at the resort. The all looked and acted like Grandmas – oohing and ahhing over me. I even flashed a smile to a few of them. They liked that.
It was mostly business as usual for Daddy, he worked on his computer. But he had a few more breaks from me ’cause Ah Ma and Kong Kong spent time with me.
